Your IP address is not being monitored or sent to me just because it's being displayed on my home page. I was in the process of learning a web programming language called PHP. PHP can display lots of things on a web page and your IP address is just one of those things. I like to keep it here so I can see my own IP address whenever I need to. You're welcome to do the same if you'd like. There's nothing secret about IP addresses and web servers. The web server can see your IP address because that's how the server communicates with your browser.
